This is an app for the LightBridge Medical group to allow doctors and approved staff members to send referrals for patients who are in need of palliative care. Questions can also be directed to LightBridge Medical staff.
The app will be downloaded and installed from the app store by a representative of LightBridge. These representatives will visit with prospective medical personnel and setup the app for them. The questions and referrals are sent over the https protocol to ensure security.
